LX4000 TYPE BUBBLE CLEANING MACHINE

 

 

 

DIMENSION:4000*900*950mm（connecting ends vary according to specific machines）

POWER OF EQUIPMENT：air bubbling machine 1.1KW   variable frequency motor 0.55KW  rated voltage：380v

1. Made of 304 stainless steel with width of 2mm. Four adjustable legs are made of food-class stainless tube（60*40*2).

2. With 50mm-high scraper blade,the 800mm-wide mesh belt can discharge processed materials thoroughly.

3. The air tube is located at the bottom of the machine(DN32).

4. Overflow hole is on the upper side face of the former part.The bottom is blow-down valve (DN50).

5. Driven by the variable frequency motor,the mesh belt carries products at different speed set manually with rotation at 9—45 times per minute. When entering into the water tunnel,products will go through high pressure spray cleaning from the top and air bubble cleaning from the bottom.

6.Types depend on different capacity and processing technique.

3. MECHANICAL SOAKING MACHINE

DETAILS OF EQUIPMENT：made of 1.5mm-width stainless steel,the machine is formed by welding with no leaking from the crate.

 

4.VACUUM FRYING MACHINE

 

FEATURES OF EQUIPMENT：

1、The integrated design of heating,frying,oil storage,deoiling,dehydration,oil filtering could realize the continuous processing under vacuum condition . The vacuum condition could alleviate even avoid oxidation and hazards resulted by oxidation with a low oil content in final products.Under negative pressure with oil as  the heat transfer medium,the water content within food would evaporate suddenly resulting a porous structure.

2、Automatic control on temperature and pressure,no overheat and overpressure could happen.

3、With variable frequency deoiling,it fits to all kinds of products from low to high oil content.

4    By cooling down the separating the steam mixed with oil ,the oil-water separating system could diminish pollution,improve water recycling and reduce oil consumption.

5、Oil filtering system:double oil container ,double-container heating system,individual control on heating,circulation and filtering oil when working can not only keep oil clean but diminish waste of oil.

6、Featured by high-efficiency,reliable performance and easy installation,the machine is made of 304 stainless steel.

7、When push down the one-buttton start system,the machine would go through the process closing the oil frying container-oil filling-vacuum-heating-automatic temperature control-deoiling-finishing.

8、Power distribution system:Mitsubishi control system or Schneider system.With Chinese-English bilingual control system. Automatic control system includes frying,vacuum,primary filtering,oil-in and oil-out,deoiling ,lid-open. Touch screen panel could adjust working time and processing technique according to different products.

  Control system includes:PLC system,frequency converter,temperature modular extension, touch screen,power  supply system,button,isolation transformer,air switch,contactor,thermal relay,UK end,wire rod,intermediate relay,disconnector .

All working process is controlled by PLC system with 10’’ LED touch screen to show and control pressure,temperature,working time,etc.
